Eli Whitney
An American Inventor that is best known for inventing the cotton gin in 1794. This invention streamlined the process of separating of cotton seeds from fiber, making it faster. This caused the south to increase its cotton supply sending raw cotton to the north to be made into cloth.
Henry Ford
Henry Ford is a automobile manufacturer who was best known for the creation of the Ford Motor Company. He built the famous Model T Ford, which sold about 15 million in the U.S alone. The Model T brought about the beginning of the Motor Age. Ford also is known for inventing the Assembly line method of labor, which boosted production. Ford's mass production methods soon meant that a Model T can be made every 24 seconds.
Samuel F. B. Morse
With the increased size of the United States, better communications networks were sought after. In 1844, Samuel Morse invented the telegraph machine. You have probably heard of Morse from "Morse Code", which was the method of communication through dots and dashes through a telegraph line.
